About Kim

Kim passionately writes about health, mindfulness, and personal development.

As a certified nutritionist, empath, and rescue cat Mom, she’s on a mission to create a healthier world for our next generation.

Having lived in Switzerland, the US, and Estonia, taught her many valuable lessons about life, society, and her own mindset. It has given her a lot of space to think out-of-the-box.

A turning point in her life was when she was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder a couple of years ago. She then went on a wellness journey and changed her life for the better in all possible ways. Her inspiring story was published in the May 2020 issue of Women’s Health magazine.

Adopting a growth mindset opened several incredible opportunities for her, and she loves sharing those experiences with her audience. In an interview, she recently said, “If I reach just one person through my words and am able to make a difference in their life, I am satisfied.”

In one of her most popular articles about restoring balance, Kim wrote about the importance of taking social media breaks; So if you cannot find her on Instagram, she has just taken some time off while practicing mindful living daily, visits her favorite art museum or can be found at the park, listening to Chris Botti while enjoying a hot cup of coffee.

Her portfolio covers a range of health, nutrition, wellness, and personal development written to inform, educate and empower people to take charge of their physical and mental health. She has written about intuitive eating, emigration, grief, loss, and anxiety.

You can connect with Kim on LinkedIn, where you’ll also find all of her publications.

When she’s not writing in her favorite coffee shop or in front of the fireplace, she loves to hike in the French Alps, does Yoga on a daily basis, reads thrillers, tries out new autoimmune-friendly recipes, or plays the violin.
