Kim passionately writes about health, mindfulness, and personal development.

As a certified nutritionist and Yoga Teacher, she’s on a mission to create a healthier world for our next generation.

Having lived in Switzerland, the US, and Estonia taught her many valuable lessons about life, society, and her own mindset. It has given her a lot of space to think out-of-the-box.

A turning point in her life was when she was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder a couple of years ago. She then went on a wellness journey and changed her life for the better in all possible ways. Her inspiring story was published in the May 2020 issue of Women’s Health magazine. 

Her portfolio covers a range of health, nutrition, wellness, and personal development written to inform, educate and empower people to take charge of their physical and mental health. She has written about intuitive eating, emigration, grief, loss, and anxiety.
